You are paying for a public commitment: a page that states what you said you would ship, by when, and whether you did. That page is the service. Publishing it — including publishing that you failed — is what you are paying for, not a side effect of it.

Digital services normally carry a 14-day right to cancel. When you book in you are asked to confirm that you want your sentence to start immediately and that you accept losing that right once it does. That confirmation is required because the service is performed the moment your page goes live.

If you do not want to give up that right, do not book in.

Once a challenge is live it is not refundable — the thing you paid for has already happened. If something goes wrong on our side, or you think you have been charged in error, contact us at [email protected] and we will sort it out.

Bail is likewise non-refundable once the deadline has been extended.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars; your bank may apply a conversion fee we have no part in.

Do not enter someone else's name, handle or project. Do not use the site to harass anyone. Do not post anything unlawful.

We may hide or remove any challenge at our discretion, and we will do so promptly for impersonation or abuse. Removing a challenge does not entitle you to a refund where the removal is the result of your own breach of these terms.

Bail extends a deadline by seven days and may be posted at most 3 times per challenge. A challenge that has already passed its deadline cannot be rescued.

This is a small site run by a small company. We will try to keep it up and keep your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for anything beyond the amount you paid us.

Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to its courts.
